Mohamed Abou Shebika

Is from Egypt born in Cairo currently living in Sweden.
Mohamed has been working
with oriental dance and music in Egypt since 1979
and in Sweden from 1994

He was working with many famous
egyptian artists, singers and dancers
as a folklore dancer, tabla player and band leader.

1995 he moved to Stockholm, Sweden
where he first started a dance group, Nefertari
in 1997 opened the shop Kairo Bazar.
he is the founder and president of
Egyptiskt Kulturcentrum in Stockholm
One of the biggest Schools for
orientals dance in Europe,
Mohamed is arranging dance events like
Dance festivals, performances, partys and
happenings all over the world.

He is the founder of the biggest dance festival for oriental dance in Europe

Stockholm Belly Dance Festival since year 2000

In Egypt he is the main organizer for the Nile Group festival
since year 2005 with 4 festivals each year.
